A country buying less from us than we buy from them means we want/need more of their stuff than they need of ours. It doesn't mean they are cheating us, it just means we want/need their stuff more(and probably that we are wealthier). OP this is based on the accounts of liars in the trump admin. Pakistan and India have confirmed that the U.S. hasn’t been involved, and Pakistan has already broken it.

Pakistan has already violated this treaty however I can only confirm this by looking at Indian news and subreddits I have as of now not found anything concrete to base this on .from what I can find it appears that pakistan has already started using their artillery on jammu and kashmir  aswell as drones it appears so that india is not affected by this as they did not withdraw their troops from their borders after the treaty was announced to the public (take it with a grain of salt there are chances I may be wrong)
